Our Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff.   We will keep this page updated if any changes are required by the state.

 

We are currently Open for normal business hours in all departments.  You may visit our store as normal for all your Sales, Parts, and Service needs.  All customer and employees are being sanitized throughout the day the safety of our customers and our employees.

 

Shop Online, take delivery in store, or at your home.  We recommend shopping for your vehicle on our website, and then using our digital tools to facilitate your purchase:

  • Find a vehicle you're interested in, and then click "Schedule Test Drive/Request More Info" and complete the form.  One of our team will call you and email you back to assist you.  You can always call us directly if you prefer.
  • Value Your Trade - if you have a trade, complete this form to get the trade evaluation started.  
  • Apply For Credit - Apply online using our safe and secure Ford Credit finance application to get online approval for your purchase.  We'll follow up with you after we receive your application with next steps.

Service:  Call us to schedule your appointment.  Please let us know when scheduling if you'll be coming to our store, or if you'd like to take advantage of our Service Pick-up and Delivery option, so you can stay home while we take care of your vehicle's service needs.  

  • We have installed sneeze guards at our Service Desk and Cashier.
  • All high touch areas of your vehicle will be sanitized before it is returned to you.

 

Cleanliness:  We are following all CDC guidelines on personal safety and facility sanitation at this time.

  • Hourly sanitation of all high touch customer and employee areas within the facility.
  • Sanitation of vehicles after use.
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
